What are the Five Stars?

If a link has the Five Star sign beside it, it means I have chosen this site for special recommendation, because it features outstanding ceramic work and has an outstanding site design. (Often both go hand in hand.)

Please note: Sites without the Five Star sign will still be sites worth visiting, otherwise they shouldn't be listed.
