Artist's Statement: I translate the essence
of things that intrigue me. Personalities, plant and animal life,
technology, a circus and music all play through my head as I work.
I'm looking for movement, a posture or a small event to reveal itself
in a simple abstracted form. The apparent precariousness of the
tallest spires speak to me of reaching and balance, success and
failure.
