Artist's Statement
The wide range of techniques and finishes available
to the potter fascinate me. Using these to help create something
from nothing gives me great satisfaction; that such explorations
do sometimes produce pleasing results, gives me pause for wonder.
I am inspired by the daily things that surround us, and also by
those moments of rare beauty that we only occasionally glimpse.
